 ½ cup sour cream
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp garlic powder
 salt, to taste

Directions

1Make the sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk to combine.

Tip: The sauce will start off lumpy – keep whisking until it turns smooth.

Wine pairing

A light white wine is your best choice here, so as not to overpower the flavour of the seafood. If you feel like bubbles, Prosecco or Champagne are great options. Otherwise grab a white with citrus notes, such as Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris.
